Goji Berries, indeed a superfood to be recognized for its nutritional health benefits. Namely some goji berries health benefits are preventing certain cancers because it contains unique polysaccharides and weight control as it contains trace minerals and some certain vitamins like B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and Vitamin C which is needed by the body to metabolize or burn fat, carbohydrates and/or energy. This vitamins and minerals are also capable of promoting proper cell functioning like cell regeneration, immune system building/enhancement and balanced normal production of hormones thus promoting fertility to women and increased libido for men, which allows them to perform better with their wives. Maybe that’s why there’s a famous Chinese proverb that states not to eat goji berries when traveling far from home. Anyways, I think you got what I’m trying to say…
