Well… Do you know what wholefoods are, how much do you know of it? Wholefoods are what is described as any food in natural state that could provide a complete and balance nutrition. Wholefoods are not processed and refined or if they are, it would be at the least possible refinement. Thus this food are free of additives like sugar, salt, fat and most of all, free from chemicals. This lack of processing is sometimes the reason why these foods have a very short shelf life, but it’s nothing compared to the benefit one can get from it. It is also believed that it is best to eat whole foods raw in order to obtain its maximum nutritional benefit.
